Do you offer free initial consultations? 

BerGon Architects offer free initial consultations online, but we no longer provide free in‑person initial consultations. If you would like us to visit your property in person, we can still do so for a small fee to cover travel and time. This fee is fully deducted from your architectural services if you decide to go ahead with the project.

At BerGon Architects, we believe in giving our clients the best possible value. Instead of inflating our prices to subsidise “free” visits for other clients, we invest our fees directly into delivering better design, clearer guidance and higher‑quality technical information. This means you’re paying for expertise , not for someone else’s free visit.

This approach allows us to keep our pricing fair and focused on your project, so you only pay for the work you actually need, and we can put our time and resources into delivering the best possible service.

Do you offer fixed‑price packages? 

Yes, BerGon Architects offer fixed‑price packages for most domestic projects, including extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions and other residential work. This gives homeowners clarity and confidence from the start, with no unexpected costs or hidden fees.

For businesses and developers, we also provide fixed‑price quotes wherever the project requirements allow. In cases where the scope is complex or still evolving, we can work on a more flexible fee structure if preferred or if the nature of the project requires it.
